Question: Do we need to clear out the room(s) before you come?

Answer: Yes, all items must be removed including all fragile objects e.g. ornaments etc. larger items such as sofas, units can stay.

Question: Do we need to supply anything?

Answer: Yes, I need access to cold/warm water.

Question: How do we choose our pattern?

Answer: Patterns can be demonstrated on ceilings if required.

Question: How long does it take to dry?

Answer: Drying times vary, but allow 48 hours before being emulsioned. Ventilation is better than heat.

Question: Do we emulsion after coving and artexing?

Answer: Yes, I recommend all coving, walls and ceilings must be emulsioned which is down to the customer to organize.

Question: Will it get rid of my cracks in my ceiling?

Answer: Yes, all cracks are taped which is normal procedure to stop them reappearing.
